To send your leads to Emarsys, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re logged in into your Picreel account. Click on the Leads category on the left side of your screen.

2. Click the Export to CRMs button and select Emarsys in the popup window that appears.

3. Enter your Api username and Api secret. Leave the List id field empty. The integration will create a new list in Emarsys for each Picreel campaign that passes lead data. You can find the Api values using your Emarsys account. See the instruction below.

4. Check Live export after submit to save all your leads automatically.

5. Click Save.

Now if you get a lead in your Leads section, it will be automatically sent to your Emarsys account.

Connecting different accounts, campaigns, and lists

If you need to assign different Picreel campaigns to different Emarsys accounts, use Assign option. First, choose a specific campaign in the dropdown menu. Second, in the field next to it paste Api username;api secret. The values should be separated with ; without dashes. Then, press Assign.

Note: you can assign as many campaigns as you want. But you need to delete existing lists that were created by Picreel in Emarsys automatically. Or if you want to send leads to a specific existing list, include list id in Picreel integration window. So when you assign a campaign, paste api username;api secret;list id.

Getting your Api values

To get your Api username and Api secret in your Emarsys account, please, create API user. It can be done using your admin account. Read this section in Emarsys documentation to learn more. The required values appear when you create a new user. Just copy and paste them in Picreel integration window. Alternatively, you can ask your Emarsys representative/consultant to share the values.

In order to find Emarsys list id, navigate to the upper menu. Then, click on Contacts and Contact lists.

You should be able to find your lists on this page. Locate the one you want to connect to Picreel and click View List on the right side of your screen.

Your list id can be found in the URL of the page. This is a set of numbers just after list_id. Copy it and use in Picreel integration window.
