How to Integrate Picreel With Keap

Connecting Picreel with Keap* syncs all your leads and contacts data to the Keap* CRM to boost your conversions and sales.

To connect Picreel with Keap:

Step 1: Log in to your Picreel account.

Step 2: Go to ‘Leads’ and click on ‘Mail Apps.’

Step 3: Search and click on ‘Infusionsoft’

Step 4: In the integration window,

• Click on ‘Infusionsoft Auth’ to get the Access token.

• Select ‘Campaign ID.’

• Enter Tag ID.

• Click on ‘Assign.’

• Check the ‘Live export after submit’ box.

Step 5: Click on ‘Save.’

To get your Keap* parameters, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Keap* account.

Step 2: Your Keap* ID is the name of your Keap account. Hover on the account settings in the upper menu.

Alternatively, you can click on ‘Your Accounts’ when you login into Keap*. The ID is in the link, like on the screenshot below:

Step 3: To get your API, click ‘Settings’ in the master navigation menu and choose ‘Application.’

Step 4: Scroll down until you see the API.

Step 5: Set an API password to generate it. Click ‘Save.’

Keap* will generate your API.

Also, you can set tags to filter the leads. To do so, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Keap* account.

Step 2: On the dashboard, click ‘Settings.’

Step 3: Choose the appropriate ‘Tags.’

Step 4: You can create tags here to filter your leads.

Step 5: Copy its ID from the Tags section when a tag is created.
